Prices are based on the number of phrases, names, ages, and graphics requested by the customer. We deliver, set up, and take down the greeting. Additional phrases can be added for an additional charge. Additional days can be added for an additional charge.

Our yard greetings stay up for 24 hours. We typically set up the evening before the requested date (pending the installers’ schedule and pending weather. Greetings can stay up longer for an additional cost – however, weather related or unforeseen events may cause the greeting to be up longer at no additional charge to you; it is not a guarantee they will stay up due to weather.

Payment is due at time of booking. This will confirm your reservation.

All signs are property of Yard Fairy LLC, and you are responsible for any damage.

Due to insurance liability, Yard Fairy LLC cannot install in apartment complexes, or private property (commercial spaces).

Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard sign. Our signs will not support the weight of a small child or adults leaning, sitting, or playing on them.

Please DO NOT throw away or vandalize the signs.

Please DO NOT move or remove our signs for any reason. If you need them taken down early, please contact us, and we will gladly come to pick them up.

Rental Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation date.

Payment must clear within 24 ours of delivery.

You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.

In EXTREME heat months, please water your yard for at least 2 hours within 12 hours before your sign is placed.

Yard Fairy is NOT responsible for customer misspellings. Please double-check your message before submitting it. Corrections will incur additional fees that must be paid before dispatching installers.

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard card display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of any child or adult, leaning, sitting, or playing on/with. Please discourage all personas from playing on or around the display.

We do ask that you take pride in your yard card display and treat it with respect.

Please DO NOT throw yard card display items in the garbage or vandalize the signs.

These items are our property and our business. It is best to notify the honoree not to harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.

Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc. Contact with string trimmers can cause damage as well. It is best to have your lawn mowed and trimmed before the yard card is installed and displayed.

Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.

If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE Yard Fairy sets up, or reschedule a different time with them after the card display has been removed by our team.

We encourage you to pose next to, behind, or in front of the sign for photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

Please do not remove the “Yard Fairy 123” marketing sign alongside your greeting.

Yard Fairy and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

Yard greetings are fun in nature and are meant to add to your occasion. We will not do any greetings that contain lewd, disrespectful language that is not positive.

By booking with Yard Fairy 123, you agree to allow photographs of your display to be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Return Policy

If you must cancel your booking between 48-24 hours before reservation, you can choose to receive ½ of your booking rate as a refund or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.

If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more in advance, you can receive your full refund (minus a flat $10.00 fee for processing).

Inclement weather could cause issues with setting up a yard sign display. In the event of inclement weather that prevents Yard Fairy 123 from setting up the yard design, you will be given a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge (pending availability).

Inclement weather includes: lightening/thunderstorms, heavy rain and high winds, tornado threats, or anything else that would put the installers in harms way, or could cause predictable damage to the yard display.

NO REFUNDS will be given due to the following: wrong address given by client, wrong name spellings given by the client, the homeowner is requesting the removal of the yard display, being denied access to a gated community, animals that may prevent Yard Fairy 123 from setting up the display, or any other circumstances that would prevent Yard Fairy from setting up the display, that is out of our control.

NO refunds will be given less than 24 hours before the reservation.
